Oh boy...did you ever read a book that was so mysterious and twisted while being downright sexy as hell and so good you couldn't put it down? Well I just did and this is it...Tap Dancing with the Devil was so deliciously wrong and naughty and the good cop turned bad was so hot and fierce...and I loved it!There are violent scenes of abuse, infidelity galore and lots of sex (with multiple partners) but when the truths start to come out and the players figure out where their hearts belong...it was a wonderful story of revenge and power plays and while not for the easily shocked or offended, I think most readers of dark romance will love it as much as I did.

Revenge is a dish better served... by Ryan "Cass" Cassidy! I know, I know that's not the quote, but Cass is a dude that could serve me the bottom of a shoe and I would say thank you and ask for more!
Wronged by men he trusted, Cass makes it his mission to exact revenge. Hiding in the shadows, the plan he sets in motion goes a bit off kilter when his head is turned by a key player in his dangerous game. Never does he veer off course to right the past, but now he sees the potential for a future, if only he can get her to forgive his trespasses.
I can not express to you how much I love this book. It has it all! Bad Boy Cass, the sexy leading man. The steamy love story with enough heat to singe the pages on my kindle and twists and turns to make your head spin. I'm telling you, at the end I was like "(Expletive Deleted) me, I did not see that coming". Not to mention the impeccable writing and storytelling talents of Faith Gibson.
Tap Dancing with the Devil is "technically" the first suspense author Faith Gibson has written. In my opinion, this book the culmination of all of her experience writing in other genre. She has taken the romance from her M/M stories, the adventure and intrigue from her paranormal stories and rolled them all up into this one amazing book. If you are a fan of M/F Romance or Suspense this book is a for sure MUST READ. I can only hope that Ms. Gibson continues on this exploration of her talents and never stops delivering such amazing work.

I liked the plot of this book. They mystery of what happened to Ryan was interesting, but there was just too much sex in it for me. The women were very one dimensional in that their bodies were just there for the men's taking. I found the women in the story to be weak.
This was a very detailed story of revenge, sex and new found awareness with the added bonus of unsuspected but deserved love. There were a lot surprises and wow moments. This was a great read!
What do you do when you're a rookie cop jailed for 13 years for a crime you didn't commit? You have plenty of time to plot your revenge!
This book it the epitome of hot bad boy that leaves your heart soft! I felt so much for Cass; for all he's been thru and and what he continues to go thru. His torn feelings for Lexie made me feel for him more than I could've imagined.
I loved everything about this book and with the ending...makes me impatiently wait to see how this turns out!
Take one honest upstanding cop and make his life go to hell, and you get Tap Dancing with the Devil by Faith Gibson. Even though the cover depicts the man Ryan Cassidy has become, angry, raw, edgy and sad, you can still feel the "before" man. This book shocked me attimes, kept me on the edge of my seat, and gave me some "fanning" myself moments too. The mystery of the question "why" for Ryan ( Cass ) held my interest. Justice served with a surprising twist. This book does have a conclusion...of sorts...but does set up the follow up story - Tap Dancing with an Angel. I need book #2 asap.
A new series from Faith Gibson!!! I've been anxiously waiting to read Tap Dancing with the Devil since I first saw the cover and I was not disappointed.
I was immediately pulled into Cass' story from the first page.
TDWTD is the type of story that begins after the ramifications of a decision have been dealt, but you don't know the "why".
These are the stories that curl their seductive finger at you and lure you in. The types of stories that I love!
I don't like giving the plot away in reviews. Let's just say there's lots of twists and turns, angst, deception, revenge, and of course, steamy sex.
I can't wait for the next installment of this series.

The sweet taste of revenge and what it leaves you with when you are done. Dark, gritty with an outcome I did not expect. Twists and turns are revealed I did not even thing about. Being betrayed and getting revenge like this might be wrong but everyone handles things differently and to imagine all the things that were taken from Cass just to get him into prison....Well you are in for quite a ride as the story unravels and you find out what was, what happened and the small glimmer of hope of things that might be.
Takes a special kind of man to plan and execute a revenge like this. I loved it, not your everyday love story with a white picked fence and meeting at a bar, no this is much darker and much more complicated but I can tell you this, there will be a hea. If it is fitting for such a story you might want to judge by yourself, for me it was fitting the way the author has put it.
